There are a lot of elements to a wedding day that I enjoy; the people i meet, the unique backdrops, the cultural diversity, and the feeling of capturing a special moment for my clients. I would say the thing that drives me most, is the unpredictable nature in the world of wedding photography. No matter how many times i show up to a London wedding, as soon as walk through the door, everything is new to me. I cannot predict what will happen on the wedding day, and what moments will jump up in my frame. That’s why i love the idea behind documentary, it’s the odds of capturing that perfect frame, the feeling when everything aligned perfectly before hitting the shutter, this is truly exciting for me.
