I’m Emis, a London-based wedding photographer.
I’m not there to stage your day or turn it into a photoshoot. I’m there for what’s actually happening — the atmosphere, the people, the moments that would otherwise go unnoticed.
My approach is rooted in photojournalism, so I work quietly and let things unfold. No heavy direction, no constant posing — just paying attention to what’s real and capturing it in a way that feels honest and full of life.
I photograph weddings across the UK and Europe, from small Town Hall ceremonies to outdoor celebrations, campsite weddings and destination days abroad.

Wedding days move quickly, and some of the best moments happen when you least expect them. The quick glances, the nervous energy before the ceremony, the way your friends and family react when you run out the ceremony room, and all the little stories happening around you during the un-scripted parts of the day.
Rather than directing or staging moments, I give you the space to be fully present in it, trusting that everything meaningful is already unfolding. The result is a set of images that feel honest to how the day actually was-not how it was made to look.

My aim is to keep your wedding day feeling relaxed, not forcing you to pose, or putting any pressure on you to perform for the camera.
Instead we keep your wedding day flowing naturally, focusing on natural wedding photography, and capturing your day as it happened, and as you remembered it.
All the photos in my portfolio are taken at real weddings, and captured in the moment. The photos you see are a result of my couples not worrying about the camera, and instead using up their reserved energy enjoying their wedding day with their favourite people.

I travel across the UK and internationally to photograph weddings, from countryside celebrations and campsite weddings to destination weddings abroad. I’m based in London and regularly shoot at town hall venues across the city, but wherever your wedding is taking place, I will be there, approaching it in the same way-documenting the day naturally, without interrupting what’s already happening.

Photography has always been something I’ve been drawn to, especially when it comes to people. Whether I’m travelling or photographing a wedding day, I’m naturally curious about moments, expressions and the connections between people.
I’ve been documenting weddings for almost a decade now, and I have always had one primary goal: to capture real moments, quiet interactions, and the small details that make each day its own. Based in South London, I work across the city, throughout the UK and abroad, blending into the background while creating images that feel natural and honest.
I genuinely look forward to every wedding and love getting to know the couples I work with, hearing their story and understanding how they want their day to feel.
